Interested in helping to make our 3rd annual zoo event fundraiser a success!?  Complete the volunteer form below, and we'll contact you with additional details.

Community Outreach

  • Contact local businesses regarding donations, gift cards, raffle items, and gift baskets

Basket Assembly

  • Help organize and assemble raffle and auction baskets. 
  • Dates and times will be announced.

Event Setup Team

  • Sunday, July 26, 2026
  • 7:30 AM - 10:30 AM
  • Assist with unloading vehicles and event setup

Guest Check-in Team

  • Sunday, July 26, 2026 
  • 8:45 AM – 10:45 AM 
  • Welcome guests, assist with registration, and distribute event materials.

Event Breakdown Team

  •  Sunday, July 26, 2026 
  • 2:00 PM – 3:00 PM 
  • Help pack supplies and clean up after the event.
