SO Grateful for our TSU partnership!

The MIA KANU FOUNDATION would like to thank the Tennessee State Alumni Detroit Chapter for our partnership!  Our goal is to provide care packages for HBCU students heading to Tennessee State University in the fall every year. Subsequently, we would like to keep in touch with these students and mail them Detroit-themed mid-term and final exam packages filled with goodies and a motivational word.  While attending the TSU alumni/student send-off event each year, we would like to provide these students with items they may need for school.  We also understand that each student has special circumstances in regarding the ability to arrive at TSU, whether flying or taking a bus, space may be an issue, and we would like to be an avenue to get them to school or even provide gift cards instead of large baskets and items.  We need your help with this large demand.  Mia was a 4.0 student and had a village that helped with her success.  We would love to continue being a village for these students in need.  Mia loved to give back and talk to students about attending TSU, she believed in being a Tiger.  Please consider donating to this cause!  100% of your donation goes directly to this cause.
